When do paid tiers start?
There's no set date. Quantus is free for everyone during the BC launch, and we'll only roll out paid tiers once the platform has the user base and feature maturity to justify them. You'll get at least 30 days advance notice before any billing or limits begin — nothing starts automatically.
What happens to my current free usage when paid tiers go live?
Right now every account has unlimited applications and unlimited job posts, regardless of tier. Once paid tiers go live, the Free tier keeps its place — always free, with the limits shown above — and you'll get at least 30 days' notice before anything changes. You won't be charged automatically.
Does Quantus take a cut of my pay?
No. Quantus charges flat monthly subscriptions only and never takes a percentage of a contract. Tradespeople keep what they negotiate; employers pay a predictable fee, not a per-placement markup. We never see, touch, or take a share of the money that changes hands.
Can I have both an Employer and Tradesperson account?
Yes. Some users wear both hats — small employers who also do hands-on work, for example. You can hold both an Employer and Tradesperson account on a single login. Once paid tiers go live, you can bundle both Standard subscriptions for $24.99/month — $5 off compared to subscribing to each separately.
Does Quantus charge a placement fee?
No. Quantus charges flat subscriptions only — never a percentage of contracts or any per-placement fee. Whatever you negotiate stays between you and the other party.
